Personal Project | Summer 2019

About five years ago, I discovered I could create designs on my Android phone using the free design app, Canva. This came in very handy when I would get a slice of time on the fly to indulge in my creative pursuits. This sticker design was an idea that refused to be ignored whilst busy raising a young family. Shepperton was once voted as the Sixth Happiest Place to Live and the Politest Town in the UK, so it was only fitting that somebody should commemorate those accolades in sticker form. The initial stages of the design began on Canva before being promoted to my MacBook for some serious design development. I enjoy incorporating playfulness into my work and this design leans heavily on my love of Roger Hargreaves illustrations.
